Aqua Terra
Launched in 2002, the Seamaster Aqua Terra features a clean dial that recalls the simple lines of the original Seamaster 300 from 1957.
We are currently offering our last batch with a 50% discount. These products may never be available at this price again.
This 43 mm Worldtimer model includes a polished case in stainless steel which is integrated with the structured blue rubber strap via a solid polished link.
The exterior section of the dial is sun-brushed blue and includes vertical teak stripes and a circle of global destinations printed in red (GMT), silvery (+1h in summer) and blue (places without daylight savings).
The centre of the dial contains a 24-hour glass ring, with light blue to indicate daytime and dark blue to indicate night. The vision of Earth is created on a grade 5 titanium plate. This has been laser-ablated to create the blue ocean, leaving a relief of the continents. The contrasting colours of the Earth’s surface are obtained naturally by the laser’s chemical reaction.
Inside, the Worldtimer is driven by the Master Chronometer Calibre 8938.
On the NAIAD LOCK caseback, a view of the far side of the Moon has been decorated on the sapphire crystal using a microstructured metallization process. An animated Snoopy in his Command and Service Module (CSM) appears on a magic hand, which rotates when the chronograph function is activated. Behind it, an Earth disc rotates once per minute in tune with the watch’s small seconds hand.
In addition to the black engravings on the caseback that pay tribute to the Apollo 13 mission and OMEG Silver Snoopy Award, the watch also features a blue ceramic [ZrO2] bezel with a white enamel tachymeter scale. The non-limited timepiece is powered by the OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer calibre 3861 and is delivered in a special presentation box.
